Sharing the importance of spaying and neutering with friends and neighbors is can be another solution. Before one adopt or, buy a pet one should always understand the commitment that one is making. Dogs and cats can live upwards to thirteen to fifteen years and some even longer. One should evaluate his/her lifestyle and determine if bringing a pet at home is the best both for the pet and the owner.
A pet require patience and time. One also needs to determine what type of pet he/she is looking for and choose a breed that best fits the life of way. Helping to get around and pay attention for homeless animals by becoming a foster parent to a shelter pet.
